KYC-Politik

Verification and Compliance Policy

In line with international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) standards, we are required to verify the identity and personal details of all clients. These measures help prevent fraud and ensure that trading activities align with each client’s financial situation.

Our services are offered equally to all individuals, without discrimination. Verification procedures are designed to be accessible and should not pose obstacles to anyone wishing to open or manage an account.

We are fully committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled with strict confidentiality and secured through industry-standard measures.

Required Documents for Account Verification and Deposits:

  • Identity Proof: A color copy of both sides of a valid ID (passport or driver’s license).

  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) showing your full name and address.

  • Proof of Payment: For new credit/debit cards used for deposits:

    • Front copy: Last 4 digits, expiry date, and cardholder name.

    • Back copy: Last 4 digits and signature only.

  • Deposit Declaration Form: To be printed, signed by hand, and submitted for each deposit. [Download the form here.]

  1. Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued in the original currency and to the same account or credit card used for the initial deposit. If the client does not provide the required bank details (including an official bank document with the bank’s logo, IBAN/account number, SWIFT/BIC, routing number if applicable, client name, bank name, and address) within 5 business days, the company reserves the right to cancel the refund request.

  2. Refund Fees
    The company may charge a commission for both deposits and refunds, including electronic transfer costs. Fees range between €25 and €50 per bank transfer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Refund Request Submission
    Refund requests must be submitted through the company’s official website. Requests made through other channels will not be processed.

  4. Refund Processing Time
    Once the client has met all requirements, including margin conditions if applicable, the refund (minus any applicable transfer fees) will be processed within seven (7) business days.

  5. Cancellation of Refund Requests
    The company may cancel a refund request under the following circumstances:

  • The remaining account balance is insufficient to cover open transactions.

  • The client has not completed KYC verification (required documents: valid ID, proof of address, proof of payment).

  • The client has not provided signed deposit statements or bonus agreements (if applicable).

  • The client fails to submit the required documents within 5 business days of the request.

  1. Exceptional Refund Cases
    The company may issue refunds directly to the original payment card if:

  • The client remains unverified within 14 business days of the transaction.

  • A transaction is identified as being made by a third party.

  • The client is found in violation of the Accepted Customer Agreement.

Note: No commission is charged on card refunds.
